Job summary

Gen in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build, operate, and evolve the infrastructure powering MoneyLion’s business-critical applications. You will work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, observability, reliability and automation to ensure platforms remain highly available, scalable, and secure as the business grows.

You will partner with software and security teams, mentor engineers, and lead automation initiatives while establishing engineering

Qualifications

• Production systems experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Kubernetes expertise, preferably Amazon EKS.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Observability tooling experience (Datadog/Prometheus).
• Incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate highly available and highly scalable infrastructure.
• Lead cloud infra and Kubernetes platforms with focus on reliability, security and efficiency.
• Develop IaC, CI/CD, GitOps workflows and self-service capabilities for engineers.
• Partner with engineering to design reliable architectures for apps and services.
• Improve observability and incident response across applications and infra.
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards and best practices.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and platform standardization across the organization.
