Job summary

Razer Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the infrastructure and platform engineering team.

You will design and implement scalable, observable cloud infrastructure on AWS with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation, enabling reliable services for a global user base. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, hands-on AWS, Linux/Windows, containerization, and experience with monitoring, incident response, and multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system administration.
• Hands-on AWS Cloud Services experience including EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Auto Scaling.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/Node.js/Bash).
• Proficiency with Linux/Windows and container-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions across multi-account AWS environments.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams to build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead architecture discussions focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog) and manage incidents.
• Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor junior SREs and infrastructure engineers, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• Automate tasks with scripting (Python/Node.js/Bash) and ensure repeatable CI/CD processes.
• Support disaster recovery planning and multi-region deployments.
