Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related.
• 3+ years in SRE/DevOps/cloud infra or sysadmin.
• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS).
• IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Programming: Python, Node.js, Bash or Ruby.
• Linux, Windows, and containers experience.
• Distributed systems and cloud networking knowledge.
• Monitoring, alerting, and incident management experience.
• Zero Downtime Deployments, blue/green or canary.
• Multi-region/multi-account AWS exposure.
• Edge networking or API gateway familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Build scalable, secure, observable cloud infrastructure.
• Lead architecture design sessions.
• Focus on reliability, security, and performance.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, observability solutions.
• Set and monitor KPIs for uptime, latency, throughput, and reliability.
• Drive incident response, triage, resolution, and PIRs.
• Mentor junior SREs and infrastructure engineers.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure secure deployments.
• Automate tasks and workflows via Python/Node.js/Bash/Ruby/JSON/YAML.
• Troubleshoot complex infra issues across Linux, Windows, Docker, and cloud-native environments.
• Provide IaC and CI/CD best practices for repeatability and compliance.
• Provide on-call support and lead investigations during outages.
• Strong DR understanding.
• Support incident and ticket handling.
