Job summary

RHB Investment Banking seeks a Senior Specialist to manage regulatory processes and support structured product issuance within our Product Solutions team. You will execute OTC derivatives transactions and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient processes.

The role requires 3–6 years in treasury, derivatives, or capital markets, with a strong grasp of product governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, derivatives, structured products or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and product governance within financial markets.
• Experience in structured warrants, OTC derivatives, or related product solutions is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management requirements across all product activities.
• Manage and execute regulatory submissions and documentation for structured warrants, OTC derivatives, and new product initiatives.
• Liaise closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards.
• Drive enhancement and optimization of business process flows in line with policy or regulatory changes.
• Support growth in structured warrants issuance and OTC derivatives business activities.
• Structure and execute over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions.
• Monitor and contribute to revenue generation from OTC and structured product activities.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing regulatory processes, supporting structured product issuance, and executing OTC derivatives transactions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Trading teams to ensure seamless product execution, adherence to regulatory standards, and continuous enhancement of business processes.
