Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to lead Workday across Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and Core HCM. You will partner with People teams, business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with Workday, HRIS or People Systems, including hands‑on expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management and Core HCM.
• Led at least two Workday implementation cycles involving Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, UAT and release management.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB and security administration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows and contribute new ideas.

Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to lead and enhance Workday solutions across Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and Core HCM.

In this role, you will serve as the senior functional and technical SME for Time and Absence. You will partner with People teams, business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business and statutory requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

You will lead complex enhancements, support regional HR transformation programmes, and improve employee and manager experiences through reliable, compliant and user-friendly People Systems solutions.

This role will be reporting to the Solution Manager II, People Systems and will be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
