Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific in Malaysia is seeking a senior sales and pre-sales leader to drive adoption of the Ascend Platform with banks and financial institutions. You will develop tailored solutions, lead complex SaaS opportunities, and strengthen pre-sales capabilities.

This senior individual contributor role reports to the GM and collaborates across the business without direct reports, shaping go-to-market strategies and engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise sales, pre-sales or related roles in fintech or software.
• Experience advising banks and lenders in Malaysia with senior stakeholders.
• Ability translate client challenges into scalable product and solution recommendations.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, data and AI in credit risk and underwriting.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement, data security and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Malaysian pre-sales practice and GTM framework with regional leaders.
• Lead executive-level, consultative sales engagements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and lenders.
• Position Ascend Platform capabilities across data, analytics, model deployment and decisioning.
• Facilitate client workshops, demos and solution discussions; craft tailored solutions.
• Translate market trends and regulatory developments into roadmap insights.
