Job summary

Solartech is seeking an experienced Senior Solar PV Project & Design Engineer (EPCC) to lead delivery from concept and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role requires hands-on experience in C&I and utility-scale PV projects, with strong skills in PV system design and project management.

You will use PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to optimize designs, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate permits and interconnection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/renewable energy engineering.
• 5+ years in solar PV engineering, design and EPCC execution.
• PE certification and PV-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and performance analysis.
• Develop PV system designs, specs, and project documentation.
• Utilize PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp for design optimization.
• Coordinate permitting, interconnection, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee installation, testing, and client handover; mitigate risks.
• Prepare as-built docs, O&M manuals, and commissioning reports.
