Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing and QA processes.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Analyze product, system, infrastructure, and software requirements to create detailed test scenarios and specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and accessibility testing to validate application quality.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects with development teams to support resolution.
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and project meetings to incorporate quality considerations early.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business and user expectations.
