Job summary

AutoCount seeks a Senior Software Developer to lead technical initiatives and drive the development of cloud-based applications. You will balance hands-on coding with team leadership, architect robust solutions, and ensure scalable deployments using Kubernetes.

Responsibilities include mentoring a 3+ member team, optimizing MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, and maintaining high performance, secure code through testing and reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven software development experience.
• Experience leading a development team (3+ members).
• Deep knowledge of C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of deploying on Linux and managing Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3+ developers.
• Architect and optimize database schemas for performance.
• Manage deployments on cloud-based Linux VMs using Kubernetes.
• Monitor production systems and resolve live incidents.
• Enforce code quality through reviews and testing.
