Sitecore in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Lead Developer with strong C# and modern .NET Framework experience. You will lead technical discussions, implementation, and build solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud while collaborating with Architect and Product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur.

You’ll design, develop, maintain, and ship components, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, secure deployments within an Agile environment.

Formación

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Experience with Docker, AKS, Kubernetes Helm Charts for deploying Sitecore systems.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure) and containerized deployments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD setup, especially GitHub workflows.
• Experience with NoSQL DB, especially Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience with messaging systems (Confluent Kafka).
• Capable of optimizing software performance using profiling tools.
• Strong understanding of authorization (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience in designing WebAPI/REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with multithreading, DI, data structures, and LINQ.
• Unit and integration testing, and Terraform Cloud.

About the Role:

We’re seeking for a motivated Lead Developer with strong experience in C# programming and modern .NET Frameworks. As a Lead Developer, you’ll help lead technical discussion, implementation and build solutions on the Sitecore XM Cloud while collaborating closely with Architect and Product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur. Your role includes:

• Leading the technical implementation of the team projects


• Ensuring high availability, performance, and security.


• Actively monitoring CI/CD pipelines applying a continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, maintain, and ship components/projects for Sitecore XM Cloud.


• Write high-quality C# and .NET Core code.


• Clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns to deliver business value.


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for consistent and reliable solution delivery.


• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments


• Maintain close collaboration and effective communication with Development Manager, Product Owner, team members and other stakeholders


• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices; support Development Manager to execute strategy on team performance


• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to iterative development cycles

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience with NoSQL DB especially Azure Cosmos DB

• Strong knowledge and experience in CI/CD setup especially Github workflow
