Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Software Eng.
7–10 years of software development with 2–3 years in senior/lead role.
Proficiency in multiple languages: C++, Java, Python, or C#.
Strong OO design, patterns, and architecture principles.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methods.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Lead architecture and design decisions for scalable solutions.
Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards.
Mentor junior engineers and support professional growth.
Collaborate with product managers, systems engineers, and QA.
