Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment – Johor Bahru, Malaysia invites a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead software-enabled hardware projects in JB. You will design and implement software components, develop I/O interfaces, and drive system testing while ensuring robust error handling and maintainability.

You will mentor teammates, prepare training materials, and assist the team lead with onboarding. On-site support and occasional customer site visits are expected as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for hardware projects (I/O, interfaces, configuration).
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing; troubleshoot with debugging tools.
• Provide on-site debugging support and customer visits as needed.
• Support training of new colleagues and prepare technical training materials.
