Tentacle Tech in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a finance sector project on a 12-month contract. You will design robust software solutions, guide architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a proven track record
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Hands-on expertise with Springboot Microservices, SQL, Maven, and Github/Gitlab
• Experience with caching technologies (Hazelcast/Redis), Kafka, and Spring Cloud Gateway is highly advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions
• Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for software projects
