Job summary

You will design large-scale solutions with international teams and lead cross-country initiatives in banking contexts.

You will drive innovation using AWS, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git, and Docker, while collaborating with a culturally diverse group across four countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT-related field such as Computer Science or MIS
• 4+ years of professional IT experience
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL development and tuning expertise
• Proficient in at least one database procedural language
• Experience on medium to large/complex projects
• End-to-end project delivery and SDLC understanding
• Scripting in Shell, Python, and Perl

Responsibilities

• Develop standardization practices and data conversion methodologies to be used by delivery teams across multiple critical projects
• Design and deliver large-scale solutions, collaborating with international engineering teams to implement your designs
• Lead or participate in workstreams that design high-impact projects for the company, involving key players in the banking industry
• Drive innovation in cutting-edge technology by exploring concepts on AWS cloud, CI/CD tools, Jenkins automation, Kubernetes, GIT code repositories, and Docker
• Be part of a culturally diverse team with members across four different countries, working collaboratively in an environment that supports all team members
