Competenze

• 5+ years of Java development experience in scalable, high-performance apps.
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring juniors.
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL and ORM (Hibernate/MyBatis).
