Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security management or related field.
• 5+ years in physical security operations or 24/7 security environments.
• Experience with incident intake, triage, escalation, and logging.
• Experience in travel security, emergency response, and crisis management.
• Familiar with security technologies, platforms, and incident reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, incidents, and requests; triage and escalate per procedures.
• Execute initial response actions for physical security incidents and coordinate with local teams.
• Collaborate with ASOC teams across hubs to meet performance expectations.
• Operate and monitor key ASOC systems like mass notification and incident tools.
• Maintain accurate incident records and governance standards.
• Provide operational updates and incident summaries to leads during events.
• Support intelligence team to ensure decisions are informed by risk indicators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Groups and functions.
• Conduct checks to verify security posture and identify gaps.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Participate in drills and readiness reviews for major incidents.
• Track reporting of operational indicators like incident volumes and response times.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and data protection.
