Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Center Lead to drive detection, response, and continuous improvement of security monitoring across regional environments.

You will lead day-to-day SOC operations, develop playbooks, and guide threat hunting using Defender XDR, Sentinel and EDR. Mentoring analysts and coordinating cross-functional incident responses are key to protect DKSH's digital assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity/IT/CS/engineering.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with SOC operations, IR, threat hunting or leadership.
• Strong incident timelines, evidence summaries and executive updates.
• Hands-on with KQL in Defender XDR/Sentinel and EDR tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations and incident management.
• Develop and improve SOC runbooks, playbooks, and escalation matrices.
• Drive proactive threat hunting across multiple data sources.
• Align use cases to enterprise threats and critical assets.
• Own SOC reporting and remediation follow-ups for leadership.
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement measurable improvements.
• Mentor SOC analysts and manage high-pressure escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident responses with IT teams.
• Communicate incident status and business impact to stakeholders.
• Foster a resilience-focused SOC culture.
