Job summary

Synogize Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Snowflake projects and mentor our analytics teams in Kuala Lumpur.

You will drive data platform delivery, ensure high-quality cloud solutions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to strengthen Snowflake offerings. You will guide design patterns, delivery methodologies and training programs while engaging with clients to identify opportunities for expanding services across accounts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering Snowflake-based data platform solutions and leading project teams.
Strong technical expertise in Snowflake, SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with dbt, Coalesce and Fivetran.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern data delivery approaches.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including pre-sales experience.
Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead Snowflake data platform projects and delivery excellence with high client satisfaction.
Mentor teams, set delivery patterns and best practices for quality implementations.
Support pre-sales activities, solution design and client presentations to expand services.
Develop training and certification plans for consultants to grow technical skills.
Lead webinars and thought leadership with technology partners to shape Snowflake strategy.
