Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in Process Engineering within semiconductor/electronics.
- Hands-on SMT process experience: paste printing, placement, reflow, SPI, AOI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
- Experience in ISO/IATF quality environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve SMT processes for quality and yield.
- Optimise process parameters across printing, placement, reflow, and inspection.
- Drive yield improvement and defect reduction through data analysis and RCA.
- Support NPI activities ensuring process readiness and ramp-up.
- Maintain process documentation, control plans, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for cost/performance.
- Lead cost-reduction and technology enhancement initiatives.
