Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced construction site supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee all daily construction activities and site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.

You will manage site teams including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors, monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and liaise with clients, consultants, architects and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction site (Landscape & Infrastructure Works).
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all daily construction activities and site operations to ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications.
• Manage site teams including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication, safety compliance, and productivity.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary to maintain project objectives.
• Liaise between clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and issue resolution.
