Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor product engineering or test.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead silicon characterization and debug across PVT corners.
• Own yield learning for early silicon and drive improvements.
• Define or refine OPNs, fuse maps, binning schemes, and guard-bands.
• Mentor PDE1/PDE2 engineers and collaborate across global teams.
