Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is recruiting a Senior Solution Designer (SharePoint) to bridge business needs with technology delivery across the SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into effective designs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant software development and solution design experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, including SPFx, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET 6 or later, TypeScript, Node.js/npm, NuGet, Visual Studio and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph, REST, JSON and XML.
• Experience with source control, package management, build management and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity or Octopus Deploy.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, API management platforms, or relevant Microsoft certifications is an advantage.
• Experience supporting or modernising legacy SharePoint solutions, including Designer or InfoPath-based implementations, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• 1. Solution Architecture & Domain Ownership: Analyse business and technical requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions for projects and enhancements.
• 2. Project Delivery & Change Management: Deliver projects and change requests with clear, measurable business benefits within agreed scope, timelines and budget.
• 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Consultancy: Act as a strategic interface and key point of contact between IT and business stakeholders across the Singtel Group.
• 4. Operational Excellence & Service Management: Ensure incidents, service requests and system changes are addressed within agreed service levels.
• 5. Technology Delivery, Governance & Vendor Management: Design, develop and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, document libraries, workflows and web parts.
