Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for clients across Singapore and the ASEAN region. This role requires deep technical expertise, advisory capabilities, and leadership across the solution lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine and Now Assist, and will guide

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain required security clearance due to client environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in ServiceNow consulting, architecture or implementation roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine and Now Assist.
• Experience leading teams and providing architecture governance.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Define scalable, secure platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Own technical and functional solution design throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, solution validation, and governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership to development, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and industry best practices.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into technology solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Lead or support pre-sales activities for RFPs, RFIs, proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling ServiceNow solutions and value propositions.
• Participate in effort estimation, solution sizing, and SOW development.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities like Now Assist and Generative AI within client solutions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry trends.
