DHL Cyberjaya is seeking a Senior ServiceNow App Engine Engineer to design, build, and evolve enterprise apps on the ServiceNow platform. This full-time on-site role focuses on App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to deliver modern digital solutions and automated workflows for a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Experience building applications with UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and data modeling.
• Advanced JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting framework experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Nice to Have CAD certification (CAD).
• Experience with UI Builder, Employee Center, Mobile App Builder, and Next Experience UI.
• Experience designing digital employee experiences and self-service portals.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and responsive app development.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and custom components.
• Design and configure modern user experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center, and Service Portal.
• Create reusable UI components, pages, and experiences aligned with business requirements.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Support mobile-first and employee-centric experiences using ServiceNow low-code capabilities.
