Qualifications

• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months).
• Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).
• Education: Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support policy implementation and compliance.
• Assign short-term work schedules to a team to meet timelines.
• Collect and analyze data using preset tools and formats; work independently.
• Build effective relationships within the internal client organization and deliver services.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software and compile data for reports.
• Identify shortcomings in processes and use change programs to address them.
• Investigate questions related to programs, processes, and procedures.
• Interpret data to suggest possible answers across multiple processes and precedents.
• Advise managers on applying existing procedures and precedents.
• Support various project management activities and coordination.
• Develop own capabilities through assessment, training, and external accreditation when relevant.
