Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead multi-disciplinary construction project schedules, coordinating with owners and contractors to manage critical paths, risks and milestones. The role requires deep knowledge of data center sequencing (CSA & MEP) and a proactive, high‑performance team player.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in project management, engineering or similar function.
• Minimum 10years’ experience in scheduling, project planning, preferably with data center or high-tech semiconductor background.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software and overall schedule understanding.
• In-depth knowledge of construction sequences of data centre (CSA and MEP) and able to challenge GC timelines and advocate for efficient methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment and to work pro-actively as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite of products.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule.
• Partner with stakeholders including facility owners and global supply management to identify pull-in opportunities.
• Evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value/ S-curve, Schedule Risk Analysis or other industry methods.
• Define and analyze project critical paths across all schedules and stages; produce reports and KPI metrics.
• Facilitate planning and schedule review sessions with project team and stakeholders to address critical path issues.
• Identify critical milestones and validate contractor schedule logic, durations and activities.
