Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Planner to lead scheduling for complex data center and infrastructure programs in Malaysia. You will develop and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of planning experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in data centers or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; MS Project is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and authority submission timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align planning activities.
• Monitor progress and update schedules reflecting actual performance.
• Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning for decisions.
• Generate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support project controls including resource loading and forecasting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights.
