Job summary

We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead and oversee large-scale projects in Malaysia, with a focus on data center/high-tech facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of CSA construction management experience, preferably in data center/high-tech projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, fast-track industrial projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM tools).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CSA construction activities.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and other construction disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and validate CSA design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee site preparation, foundation, structural steel, concrete, architectural finishes, and cleanroom construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Track progress, manage change orders, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve technical and construction challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, safety practices, and cost efficiency.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, fast-track industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM tools).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
