Job summary

ABeam Consulting Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead multiple SAP Production Planning projects with a strong S/4HANA background. You will engage clients in workshops, analyze processes, and design target state SAP solutions while guiding teams through implementation, testing, migration, and cutover.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP projects, deep PP knowledge, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of SAP project experience.
• At least 3 full cycle SAP Production Planning (PP) projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP PP processes and cross module integration.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Familiar with project methodology and tools.
• Team player in a culturally diversified environment.
• Willing to learn/cross train e.g., MM to keep up with trends.
• Able to work independently and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions.
• Design target state SAP solutions and influence adoption of leading practices.
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specs for forms/reports/interfaces.
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation, testing, migration and cutover.
• Support change management with training materials and post-cutover support.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
