Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a seasoned SAP PP Consultant to lead end-to-end PP design across multi-plant, multi-country S/4HANA programs, interfacing with client executives and guiding delivery as the manufacturing SME. You will mentor PP teams and contribute to pre-sales pursuits and RFP responses, supporting practice development.

Travel may be required. Your focus includes architecture, integration, and program governance across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP to ensure successful go-lives

Qualifications

• 2+ years SAP Production Planning (PP) experience, including S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
• 2+ years configuration across BOM, routing, work center, MRP, PP/DS, production orders, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing.
• 2+ years across two or more manufacturing types: discrete, process, repetitive, and ETO/CTO.
• 2+ years of integration experience across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP/APO.
• Experience in a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting).
• Travel 0-100% depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help lead end-to-end PP solution architecture across complex multi-plant, multi-country S/4HANA programs spanning discrete, process, repetitive, and ETO/CTO manufacturing models
• Help lead MRP Live, PP/DS, Production Scheduling Board, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, Kanban, and Repetitive Manufacturing design and configuration
• Define MRP strategy frameworks, planning parameter governance, BOM/routing ownership models, and engineering change management (ECM) processes
• Help drive cross-workstream integration design across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP without reliance on adjacent functional leads
• Help lead and mentor PP workstream teams of 3–10 consultants across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models
• Help own cutover planning for PP scope including open order strategy, WIP valuation, and inventory balancing at go-live
• Advise VP Manufacturing, COO, and Supply Chain leadership on manufacturing operating model design and Industry 4.0 integration opportunities
• Contribute to pre-sales pursuits, RFP responses, and practice development as a recognized manufacturing SME

• Minimum of 2 years of configuration experience across BOM, routing, work center, MRP, PP/DS, production orders, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience across two or more manufacturing types: discrete, process, repetitive, and ETO/CTO
• Minimum of 2 years of integration experience across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP/APO
• Prior experience working for a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting environment)
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing certification, APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or MES integration (SAP ME, MII, or DMC)
