Job summary

Evonik Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP SD professional with PM experience to join our global O2C optimization efforts. You will work in an international, agile environment to identify and implement SAP-based improvements and drive customer-focused outcomes.

You will manage cross-divisional projects, coordinate with external partners, and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases and technologies, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SAP SD, preferably in chemicals.
• Experience with PP, FICO, MM, QM, Intercompany and GTS is a plus.
• Strong project management experience in agile environments and Scrum Master background.

Responsibilities

• Consult business units to optimize O2C processes and create technical designs for development teams.
• Manage internal and cross-divisional projects with technical guidance and team leadership.
• Analyze and resolve global SAP O2C tickets, changes, and incidents.
