Job summary

PPG in Shah Alam seeks an experienced SAP O2C consultant to support SAP S/4HANA O2C operations and cross-functional integration with P2P, D2R and RTR. You will work in a Global SAP Centre of Excellence and liaise remotely with global colleagues while based in the Technology Centre in Shah Alam.

Requirements include 7+ years in SAP S/4HANA O2C, strong process knowledge in supply chain/manufacturing, and excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or another business-related field.
• 7+ years' experience with SAP S/4HANA O2C modules and end-to-end supply chain/manufacturing processes.
• Experience in design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP S/4HANA modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in SAP SD, GTS and integration with P2P, D2R and RTR and external systems via IDOC/APIs.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive process improvements and implement cost-effective ERP solutions.
• Manage small to medium projects or workstreams with PM methodologies.
• Collaborate across levels, translate technical concepts to business terms, influence stakeholders.
• Provide technical and functional support for ERP enhancements, change requests and testing.
• Review solutions for alignment with enterprise standards and strategic direction.
• Support testing, deployment and change management activities.
• Lead assessment of automation and AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
