Job summary

Recruit 121 Group is seeking an experienced SAP O2C Consultant to join a global organisation in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead end-to-end order-to-cash processes in a mature S/4HANA environment, hands-on with sales orders, pricing, billing, credit management and revenue recognition.

You will act as the SME for stakeholders, supporting BAU operations and driving continuous process improvement, with strong communication and collaboration across finance and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP O2C/sales experience (SD, FI-AR modules).
• Full order-to-cash cycle expertise: order creation, delivery, billing, revenue recognition.
• S/4HANA SD/FI-AR configuration or migration experience.
• Strong pricing, credit management, and billing knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

About the role:

You'll lead end-to-end order-to-cash processes within a mature S/4HANA environment. This is a hands‑on consultant role; managing sales orders, pricing and billing, credit management, and revenue recognition. You'll be the subject matter expert for your stakeholders, supporting both BAU operations and continuous process improvement.

What you need:

• 6+ years SAP O2C/sales experience (SD, FI-AR modules)
• Proven expertise in the full order-to-cash cycle: order creation, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition
• S/4HANA SD/FI-AR configuration or migration experience
• Strong command of pricing, credit management, and billing procedures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly valued (not required, but a strong plus for local engagement)
