Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of SAP MM solutions across global projects. You will serve as the SME for SAP Material Management and work with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing To-Be processes, configuring SAP MM, supporting SIT/UAT, data migration, and go-live activities while ensuring seamless integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong SAP MM expertise.
Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, purchasing, vendor management, and material master processes.
Deep knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.
Experience in multinational/global project environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and accountability for successful SAP MM project delivery.
Serve as SME for SAP Material Management processes and functionality.
Translate business requirements into SAP solutions with stakeholders.
Design and define future-state business processes aligned with objectives.
Prepare functional specs and coordinate with technical teams.
Configure SAP MM and maintain configuration docs per standards.
Identify and resolve configuration conflicts across projects and systems.
Support SIT/UAT/test data preparation and testing activities.
Assist data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Provide country/site-specific expertise for global deployments.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement for end-to-end integration.
Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing process improvements.
