Job summary

Lam Research in Batu Kawan, Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to analyze SAP-driven manufacturing processes and craft automated solutions. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, bridging between business stakeholders and technical teams to enable RTB journey progress.

You will contribute to end-to-end SAP manufacturing enhancements, with emphasis on PP, MRP, MES, and PLM/SAP integration, while ensuring data accuracy and process standardization

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years SAP experience with manufacturing processes.
• Expert in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA PP, production planning, and MRP.
• Experience integrating PLM, MES, and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP manufacturing processes end-to-end, including PP, MRP, and shop floor execution.
• Document requirements and translate them into functional specs and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to standardize solutions.
• Support design, configuration, prototyping, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with MTO/MTS manufacturing and variant configuration is a plus.
