Job summary

Lam Research Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP‑centric improvements across production planning, materials management, and supply chain modules. You will partner with global operations teams to analyze complex problems, design optimized processes, and lead cross‑functional projects from inception to post‑mortem.

Strong SAP PP, VAR configuration, and BOM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP PP consultant with industry knowledge in OFM or similar environments.
• Hands‑on with PP–SD integration and Variants configuration.
• Strong knowledge of BOM, MRP, production planning, and subcontracting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global operations teams to identify best IT solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose reengineered processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through project life cycle from inception to post‑mortem.
• Architect and design business processes supporting Lam's objectives.
• Support Lead/Opportunity management, production planning and MM processes.
• Provide guidance on SAP ERP functionality and system improvements.
