Job summary

Swap Asia Group is seeking a senior SAP FICO professional to lead end-to-end SAP FICO configuration and support for multiple entities. You will collaborate closely with Finance, IT and external partners to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

The role requires deep FI/CO expertise, strong experience with S/4HANA and Fiori, and a proven ability to drive SAP implementations, enhancements and system integrations in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years SAP FICO configuration experience including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong FI/CO, Fiori and SAP GUI knowledge.
• ABAP coordination with development teams; APIs/OData experience a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Finance, IT, and external SAP partners.
• SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional PIC for SAP FICO across AP, AR, GL, Bank, Fixed Assets, CO and reporting.
• Perform SAP FICO configuration, support, incident management and change requests (Fiori and SAP GUI).
• Gather requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate into SAP solutions.
• Design and support SAP FICO integrations with SD, MM, EWM, ABAP teams.
• Review specifications prepared by ABAP developers and define config.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, deployment, enhancements and AMS/partners.
• Provide SAP FICO training and user support to Finance users.
• Promote SAP standard functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.
