Job summary

Aitek Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an experienced SAP FICO consultant with 8–12 years of SAP FICO expertise and a strong management consulting mindset to drive end-to-end S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations. The role includes requirements gathering, blueprint design, and coordinating ABAP development.

The candidate will configure FI/CO modules, perform testing cycles (Unit/Integration/UAT), and support go-live with hypercare, ensuring compliance with finance regulations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in SAP FICO with a strong Management Consulting mindset.
• S/4HANA Mastery: Proven track record in at least two end-to-end S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business finance requirements, design SAP FICO solution blueprint, fit/gap analysis.
• Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order, Product Costing) modules.
• Prepare functional specification documents for custom development (reports, interfaces, enhancements), cooperate with ABAP developers.
• Conduct unit test, integration test, UAT; prepare test scripts and test data.
• Support system go-live, provide hypercare and daily production support, troubleshoot FI/CO issues.
• Follow up SAP best practices, comply with finance & accounting regulations.
