Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to support SAP project implementations and deliver Finance and Controlling solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region. The role includes functional design, workshops, and end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in SAP FI/CO, mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to support SAP project implementations and deliver Finance and Controlling solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for functional design, business process consulting, and end-to-end project delivery. This role also involves conducting client workshops, advising on SAP S/4HANA transformation, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead business process analysis and functional design for SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations.

Conduct workshops to understand business requirements, assess existing processes, and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA feasibility, implementation approaches, and business process improvements.

Drive end-to-end project activities, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ensure effective integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.

Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, proposal development, and other pre-sales activities.

Collaborate with clients, project teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver successful SAP solutions.

Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and support project coordination depending on experience and seniority.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).

Mandatory hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO business processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in functional design, business requirements gathering, and client-facing consulting.

Knowledge of ABAP programming or debugging is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively within a team.
