Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve technical designs, code changes, and transport strategies.
• Proactively identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns, and propose mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements from the development point of view.
• Work closely with functional leads, product owners, and the testing team.
• Support BAU and project delivery activities, ensuring alignment across environments.
• Contribute to onboarding, knowledge transfer, and documentation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority, ownership, accountability, and a quality focus.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, and Eclipse BW Modeling Tools; knowledge of data warehousing concepts such as ETL and LSA++.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of ABAP related to BW (e.g., AMDP, Routines, Extraction logic, enhancement).
• Good knowledge of reporting tools such as MicroStrategy or SAC.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models within controlled enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP system landscapes, multi‑environment transport management, and release processes.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in BAU and project‑based delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
