Job summary

CTOS Digital in Malaysia seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, customize, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring security, performance, and user adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or other relevant Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend system improvements.
Support integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems through APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and UAT to ensure solution quality and reliability.
Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and change requests in line with governance processes.
Understand and contribute to Technical Design Document (TDD) and development standards.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, security settings, and Salesforce best practices.
Provide post deployment technical support.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry best practices.
