Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or CRM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or project-based environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security, and governance.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems via APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage releases, deployments, and change requests per governance.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends.
• Participate in testing: unit, system, and UAT.
