A leading global sportswear company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive account engagement and profitability. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams and oversee Go-To-Market activities while optimizing product sales and ensuring timely execution of orders. The ideal candidate has significant experience in account management and retail buying, preferably in the apparel or athletics industry, and possesses strong leadership and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
In this role, the Senior Sales Representative will report to the Country Sales Director and be a part of the larger Nike SEA&I Sales team. This role will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business continuity. This role will be based in Selangor.
The Senior Sales Representative will work as part of the Nike SEA&I team to support and drive the day-to-day partner management, strategy execution, Go To Market (GTM) excellence and in season management with a consumer led focus.
You will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
As Senior Sale Representative, you will drive your account portfolio’s engagement, growth and profitability in line with Nike’s overall strategy. You will achieve this by leading the cross-functional team through Go-To-Market activities and managing the in-season execution, delivering seasonal commercial targets and identifying incremental growth opportunities.
