Cekap Technical Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Tender & Project Mobilisation Lead to oversee end-to-end management of won projects starting from tendering through to mobilization in line with client and contract requirements. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and schedule adherence, engage with clients and internal teams, and prepare tender summaries within 24 hours.

• Responsible for the meticulous planning and implementation, commencing from the tendering stage and progressing into the successful execution of "won" projects, in order to ensure the effective mobilization of these projects in strict accordance with clients' and contract requirements.
• Oversee all assigned tasks comprehensively, guiding them from initiation to completion, and guaranteeing adherence to predetermined schedules and budget constraints.
• Identify risk associated with the tender and advises HOD.
• Present the “Tender Summary” within 24 hours or receiving the tender documents.
• Responsible to complete the tender proposal and submit within the timeframe
• Thoroughly analyze and comprehend tender requirements.
• Manage project issues, budgets, invoicing and schedules.
• Formulate the initial contracting strategy.
• Regularly engaging with clients and end-users to facilitate sales and gather feedback on submitted tenders.
• Identify and assess risks associated with tenders, providing recommendations to the Head of Department (HOD).
• Assist the bidding and tendering team in their activities.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a learning and growth environment.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and regularly report on project status.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HOD, Managing Director (MD), or Chief Operating Officer (COO) as needed.
