Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management in construction, material handling equipment, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics.
• Strategic thinker with analytical mindset.
• Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for every product line (construction, plantation, industrial, agricultural equipment).
• Lead, manage, and motivate product & sales managers, dealer networks, and sales teams.
• Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Maintain good rapport and handle dealings with principal suppliers.
