Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Kedah is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive, Auto Finance to promote Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and new customers, driving growth and achieving personal sales targets.

You will build relationships with dealers, provide professional financial advice, cross-sell other RHB products, ensure accurate data entry, and support disbursement submissions and credit file creation to support the sales office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in Auto Finance or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in auto/car sales is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase market share.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the office targets.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure efficient turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement, including creation of credit files.
• Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet Acceptance Guidelines for both individuals and businesses.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection activities, including field visits when necessary.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Auto Owners products and bancassurance to both existing and potential customers. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships through professional financial advice and tailored product offerings.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection and recovery activities, including conducting field visits when necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Auto Finance, Automotive, or Hire Purchase industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
