Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue across digital, TV, radio, and events. You’ll work with media agencies and direct clients to craft innovative advertising strategies that meet business goals.

You will present compelling pitches, expand the client base, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns while ensuring excellent post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue by managing relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches with strong product knowledge and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective digital campaign ideas.
• Provide end-to-end support from proposal development to post-sales servicing.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence.
• Track and analyze sales performance using forecasting tools and reporting dashboards.
• Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, client feedback, and market trends.
