Job summary

K LINE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to support import/export activities and ensure smooth execution of shipments. You will coordinate between shipper/consignee and internal agents, manage shipping documentation (k1/k2/k8/k9), monitor status with agents/drivers for customs clearance and on-time delivery, and liaise with customs for regulatory changes.

You will work closely with the team and external partners to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• coordinate between shipper/consignee and internal agent on importation/exportation
• handling and managing import/export related shipping documentation (k1/k2/k8/k9)
• monitoring the shipment status with agent/driver for custom clearance and to meet expected delivery time
• internal coordination with team and external parties to fulfill customer requirement.
• liaise with custom malaysia for any new changes in regulation
• perform other adhoc tasks which will be assigned from time to time
