Job summary

Saint-Gobain Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned S&OP Demand Planning professional to lead the monthly demand review for three manufacturing sites. You will align Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to translate strategy into actionable forecasts and master production plans.

You will maintain baselines using sales trends, promos and market intel, while optimizing inventory and OTIF. Strong ERP experience (M3/Oracle/SAP) and multi-site exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• CPIM/CSCP or IBF is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
• 4–6 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or SCM within Manufacturing/Building Materials/Chemicals/FMCG.
• Experience managing demand across multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on with ERP software (M3, Oracle, SAP).
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional S&OP cycles and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP Demand Review across three facilities, driving consensus among Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Maintain and enhance baseline forecasts using historical trends, promotions and market intelligence.
• Balance demand across Weber Puncak Alam, Emix Bemban and Emix Tanjung Langsat to optimize inventory and distribution costs.
• Translate demand into master production schedules and material requirements with Plant Operations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and manage aged inventory, aiming for sub-5% aging.
• Drive process standardization and digitalization in ERP tools per Saint-Gobain standards.
