Job summary

SD Guthrie Group is seeking a seasoned Risk Management leader to review and enhance the group risk management roadmap, policy, and framework. The role involves coordinating quarterly risk register updates and leading risk assessment workshops with Senior Management.

The candidate will drive risk reporting to the Risk Management Committee and ensure alignment with CAPEX and investment proposals. A strong background in risk management within the plantation sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline with risk management exposure.
• Minimum 10-12 years working experience with at least 6 years in a managerial position.
• Experience implementing risk management frameworks in plantation industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, recommend and enhance Group Risk Management’s roadmap, policy, framework, methodology and system.
• Coordinate quarterly updates of risk registers and ensure risks are identified and reviewed.
• Lead risk workshops with Senior Management and coordinate risk assessment activities.
